The house is located on top of a hill in Caminate between sunflower fields and vineyards in the NORTHERN part of LE MARCHE near FANO. It is only 10 MINUTES away from the ADRIATIC SEA.It is easy to reach (no strade bianche!), in between the villages of Caminate and Cerasa, close to the beaches, to several nice historical cities and medieval villages such as Gradara, Mondavio, Urbino, Senigallia, Pesaro.
